3. Prices All prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment An order constitutes an offer to purchase. The confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order, which occurs upon shipment of the product. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU) Under Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated in our returns policy.

7. Legal Guarantee Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as provided by applicable Italian and EU legislation.

8. Limitation of Liability GONOS BAREFOOT is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of purchased products.
