Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request either:
- a Return for a refund; or
- a Size Exchange (if available in your country).
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or size exchange, shoes must be:
- unworn and unused;
- tried on indoors only;
- returned in new, resalable condition;
- free from dirt, stains, excessive creasing, odours, damage or signs of outdoor use;
- returned with all original accessories and the original shoe box.
Please return the shoe box inside the protective mailing bag provided with your order, or similar protective packaging. Do not apply shipping labels directly to the shoe box.
Returned products are individually inspected upon arrival.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a reduced refund reflecting the diminished value of the product, where permitted by applicable law. If a returned product cannot be restored to a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and return the product to the customer at their expense.

- photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Please do not return products without contacting us first.

For returns using our prepaid return label, the applicable fee will be deducted from your refund.
The first size exchange includes one prepaid return label and shipment of the replacement pair.
Only one discounted size exchange is available per order. Any additional exchanges
will be charged at the standard logistics cost applicable at the time of the request.

Shipping is currently unavailable to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, Azores, Corsica, Malta and Cyprus.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For customers within the European Union, refunds include the original standard shipping charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The applicable return label fee will be deducted from the refund.
