How do I choose the right size?

What if I'm between two sizes?
We generally recommend choosing the larger size. If you need personalised advice, just get in touch before placing your order.

Where do you ship?

How much does shipping cost?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my shoes if they're not right for me?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the shoes have only been tried indoors and are returned in new, resalable condition.
Who pays for return shipping?

What if I need a different size?
You can ask for one size exchange in selected countries. Check Return and Refund policy for more information.
How should I clean my GONOS shoes?
Our shoes are made from premium natural materials and should be cleaned with care.
- Nappa leather: Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. If needed, use a cleaner specifically designed for smooth leather. Avoid harsh detergents.
- Suede: Use a suede brush or suede eraser for regular cleaning. For stains, use a suede-specific cleaner and follow the product instructions. Avoid harsh detergents.
- Cotton: Clean with a soft brush or cloth using lukewarm water and a mild soap if needed.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry your shoes. Always allow them to air dry naturally in the shade.
